Instant Pot Molten Lava Cake III

Ingredients:
- 1 egg
- 1 tbs chocolate chips
- 2 tbs cocoa powder
- 2 tbs heavy whipping cream
- 1 tbs powdered sugar
- 1 tbs sugar
Directions
- Mix the heavy whipping cream, sugars, and cocoa powder until there are no lumps.
- Whisk the egg in a separate container and mix into the rest of the batter.
- Pour chocolate chips into the center of the dish and gently tap so they are submerged into the batter.
- Add one cup of water into the Instant Pot.
- Place the bowl onto the trivet and carefully lower the trivet into the Instant Pot.
- Seal the lid and pressure cook on high for 4 minutes, followed by a 4 minute natural release before manually releasing the rest of the pressure.
- Open the lid and quickly move it away from the pot to reduce the amount of water that falls onto the cake.
- Wait a minute or two until the trivet handles are cool enough to touch so you can lift it out of the Instant Pot and place it onto the counter to let the cake cool.
- Once the bowl is cool enough to touch, add some ice cream on top, and enjoy!
